PAYMENT POLICY FOR ORDERS
When your order is submitted, you will receive an initial confirmation email detailing your purchase. This email will only include the items you wish to buy and the sales tax if applicable - the final shipping amount will NOT be listed. Please check the list carefully to make sure everything you want to purchase is included in the order.

All products are shipped directly from our manufacturers and suppliers to you. This system helps to reduce costs and expenses by removing the distribution layers. This allows us to offer you excellent pricing. If your order contains items from various manufacturers and suppliers, they may arrive on different days because they come from different parts of the country.

Shipping times may vary with different manufacturers. Although we work with our vendors to ensure the best service possible for our customers, FineFurnitureAccents.com cannot guarantee lead times due to changing market conditions, product discontinuations and manufacturer delays. FineFurnitureAccents.com cannot be held responsible for delivery delays beyond estimated lead times.

Due to our varied product mix, shipping fees can vary widely, depending on your zip code. Shipping charges are based on weight and size, not price. We will contact you via email with the total shipping charges as soon as the order can be processed. Smaller items are generally sent either UPS or Fedex Ground. Larger and heavier items will be sent via common carrier. All products sent UPS or Fedex are fully insured for their retail value. In some instances (like with overseas packages), it may be necessary to send a product by Insured Parcel Post (USPS). Please inspect all goods for breakage.

You will be charged for the cost of the item at the time of purchase. When the item ships, you will be contacted by email with notification of shipment and shipping costs. The shipping costs will be charged to the same card as a separate transaction, within 24 hrs of shipping. Shipping costs will appear as a separate charge on your card and statement.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Your order is reviewed for accuracy and verified with the manufacturer as soon as it is received. In cases where manufacturers inform us of changes in availability, you will be notified as soon as possible. Such information can cause delays in your estimated shipping time FineFurnitureAccents.com is not responsible for such changes in availability or for any other inadvertent errors on our site.

WHEN YOUR SHIPMENT ARRIVES
Please check the shipping containers thoroughly. If the containers show evidence of rough handling or should they be punctured, crushed, dented, creased, torn, or wet, it is a MUST that this condition be noted on all copies of the freight bill when you sign for the shipment. Should you suspect that the contents are damaged or if there are any visual shipping damages, it is important to document the damages in detail on the receipt or bill of lading and have the delivery party co-sign the receipt. Should you decide to accept the shipment and later learn that the contents are damaged, notify us immediately and we will instruct you on the proper procedure. In case of products damaged during transit, keep the original package and containers and contact our customer service ASAP at 1-949-661-2238 and we will assist you in obtaining a quick resolution.

If the shipment delivered to you is not in accordance with the number of cartons shown on the freight bill, have the delivering driver note the shortage on the freight bill when delivery takes place. Advise us of any shortage and we will trace the shipment with the delivery carrier. If the shortage cannot be located within a reasonable time, the missing items will be replaced.

RETURNS
To receive a prompt refund from FineFurnitureAccents.com, items must be returned within 14 days of delivery, with shipping and insurance prepaid, (no C.O.D's can be accepted). Unfortunately, the original shipping fees cannot be refunded. Before returning any item, you must first email contact@FineFurnitureAccents.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA# (which is valid for 10 days).

All products (unless noted on our site) are sold with the full manufacturer's warranty. Please contact the manufacturer if you are interested in any extended warranties. All returned items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Any discrepancies or damages could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your credit. Depending on the item, all returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns must be sent via UPS, Federal Express, or any reliable courier that issues tracking numbers. Be sure to email the tracking numbers to contact@FineFurnitureAccents.com. Please allow 2-4 weeks for credit processing.

DELAYS & BACK ORDERS
Most orders are processed the same day they are received. Products that are in stock are normally shipped within 72 hours. If an item is out-of-stock, we can usually provide the buyer with an estimate of availability. If shipment has been delayed for other reasons, we will try to notify customers as soon as possible, so that proper delivery arrangements can be made.


REPLACEMENT PARTS
If the warranty does not cover replacement parts, or if it has expired FineFurnitureAcents.com can usually order parts for all of the products listed on this site.
